Our mentoring program embraces goal setting and academic achievement and our annual vision board brunch provides the foundation for that each year. Our girls are encouraged to dream big and they are provided strategic frameworks to help them turn their dreams, visions and goals into a reality. We take it a step further in having them paired in one-to-one mentoring relationships with a mentor that holds them accountable to achieving their individual goals.

Helping Today

The first and foremost goal of our non-profit organization is to make a positive difference in the lives of as many girls and young women as possible. We strive to improve the professional skillset of future women leaders, in offering additional resources to teens and young women that need additional support in preparing for and in graduating from college. There are many obstacles and challenges that can occur throughout the 4 years it takes to successfully navigate through college and obtain a solid foundation for beginning a new career after college.

Young adults who face an opportunity gap but have a mentor are 55% more likely to be enrolled in college than those who did not have a mentor.

Young adults with a mentor are 130% more likely to hold leadership positions.
